Arbor at the Green House Hotel is one of the newest 2 AA Rosette Restaurants in Bournemouth. Our menus change seasonally to ensure we use the best of what is local and sustainable. You’ll find well-cooked, honest, uncomplicated but imaginative food. Our team of chefs, led by Andy Hilton, are passionate about sourcing both classic and new ingredients straight from the farm gate and fresh off the trawlers.

We have held the maximum three star rating from the Sustainable Restaurant Association since 2013

The SRA looks at 14 key areas of sustainability including using local and seasonal produce to support British food business, reduce haulage costs and the environmental impact of transport; providing equal opportunities, training and clear policies to keep employees happy and productive; and monitoring, managing and reducing waste, including food waste.

Want to know how we did it? Well, our New Year’s Eve super menu is a good place to start. As in previous years Head Chef Andy Hilton has handpicked a selection of his favourite dishes from the year’s seasonal menus. You’ll find dishes lovingly prepared from scratch the Arbor way using top-quality, ethically sourced ingredients.

After dinner, you can kick back into the early hours over truffles and espresso, a liqueur coffee or perhaps a glass of our very special late bottled vintage port in the bar. Just make sure you make it down in time for our New Year, New Forest breakfast.
