Arbor Makes Diners’ Choice List

The good news keeps coming! The Arbor restaurant,  Bournemouth’s latest 2-AA-rosette restaurant and Gold Trophy winner in the recent Dorset Tourism Awards,  has now been voted on to the OpenTable Diners’ Choice list.

Open Table is the UK’s number one restaurant booking website, helping diners find great food at the time, location, and budget that they’re looking for. Importantly, the site lets people give honest and unbiased reviews of places they have visited – the good, the bad, and the ugly!  – so users of the site can see exactly what other diners have thought of a restaurant.

While some establishments might tremble at that thought, for Arbor it’s a welcome opportunity to let our quality shine through, and as a result we have been selected by Open Table diners as one of the best in the area.

The accolade means a lot to us, because it’s solely voted for by the diners who visit us, and who keep visiting us, week in, week out. With no panels of judges to impress, it’s more like being visited by dozens of mystery shoppers – all the time!

We’re proud, though, that we’ve earned the title for doing what we love to do – giving every single diner a wonderful experience, every time, with outstanding food served in stylish surroundings.

In the hands of our Head Chef Andy Hilton and his team, great locally-sourced ingredients are transformed into dishes that blend the classic with the contemporary, and it’s obviously a formula that’s appreciated. Whatever you choose, you can guarantee it will have been ethically sourced and lovingly prepared.

But as well as memorable food, it’s the people who look after you during your visit which make a meal special, and also the style and comfort of the surroundings. We’re pleased to report that we seem to be making the cut on all fronts, with our attentive staff and our unique, very special dining room tree getting special mention.
