The next BU Awards Ceremonies take place between Tuesday 4 – Friday 7 November at the Bournemouth International Centre (BIC) – located just a stone’s throw from the Green House Hotel. We’re booked up for Wednesday and Friday but have tables available for Graduation Lunch on Tuesday to welcome graduates of The School of Health and Social Care and tables available for Graduation Lunch on Thursday to welcome graduates of Science & Technology.

As the newest 2 AA Rosette Restaurant to Bournemouth, there’s no finer place to celebrate with all the family. Head Chef Andy Hilton cooks honest, uncomplicated and imaginative food, sourcing classic and new ingredients straight from the farm gate and fresh off the trawlers.

We’re offering our full A La Carte Menu, which will be available all day. There’s something for everyone on our A La Carte Menu – from a wholesome winter salad to a duo of venison. Vegetarians will love the Pumpkin & Beetroot Salad with Crispy Hens Egg, which is a super-healthy salad packed full of flavor. We strongly believe that no menu is worth its salt without some good game, which is why we’re proud of our Duo of Venison with Sticky Red Cabbage, sourced from Walter Rose & Sons master butcher in Wiltshire.
