So every quarter, Head Chef Andy Hilton and his team search for the best produce available locally from our trusted suppliers. Game from Dorset estates, fresh fish from local ports and day boats, organic veg from micro producers and artisan outfits, fine meats from quality butchers…

Be the first to explore our new winter menu at our preview evening on Thursday 29th November. This exclusive preview is a five-course feast of the senses where you get to try highlights from the new menu created. As always, there are delicious vegan and vegetarian choices throughout.

Tables are available from 6-9pm. Price £35 per person. Make a celebration of it with a wine flight carefully selected to complement each dish:  3 wines for £14 or 5 wines for £22 per person.
