On the first Thursday of every month, Head Chef Andy Hilton creates an exquisite tasting menu to reflect the changes in the season. He and his team scour the region for the best local suppliers of day-caught fish, rare breed meats and crisp organic veg. The best of what’s available is the source of the inspiration for the tasting menu. This month will have a summer is coming feel.

The tasting menu is £32 per person with your choice of a wine flight of 3 wines to match for an additional £12 per person or 5 wines to match for an additional £20 per person.
