Spring Menu 2019 Preview Evening

6-9pm, Thursday 28th March. 5 course tasting menu. £35 per person.

The coming of spring sees a changing of the guard with the ingredients we use at Arbor Restaurant. New on the menu: Tandoori Chalk Steam Trout, Pig Cheek Terrine with a Smoked Egg Yolk, Dorset Rabbit three ways and a slow-cooked Korean Pork Ribeye with Kimchi Cabbage. As always vegans and vegetarians get proper treatment with our mandatory nut roast exclusion zone. Instead, look out for: Pressed Wild Mushroom Terrine with Celeriac Purée, Sweet Potato Thai Green Curry and many more.
