Lyme Bay Winery will be with us to host a food and drink pairing. The evening will include:
Five dishes from head chef Andy Hilton featuring the very best local Dorset produce
Each dish will be matched by a special selection from Lyme Bay Winery, who will be there all evening for informal chats about wine tasting and drink selection including gin and mead.
You’ll be grazing al fresco on our beautiful terrace in the heart of the hotel’s eco garden. There will be scattered seating, but it’s an informal stand-up evening. And there’s shelter if Autumn decides to make an early entrance, or Arbor restaurant if the weather goes all out British on us
